Getting Started with Para Scheduling Without a Big Rollout
2026-01-30 • 6 min read
You don't need an implementation project to get value from better para scheduling. Start with one classroom or one team and your real schedule.
The fastest way in is the schedule you already have: paste your grid from Excel or Sheets and let it build a draft you approve. No data-entry marathon, no IT ticket.
From there, run one simple loop each day: build the board, mark absences, see who's uncovered, cover the gaps. Consistency matters more than using every feature at once.
Once a coordinator sees their daily scramble drop and their coverage get clearer, expanding to the rest of the building is an easy call — and nothing had to be ripped out to get there.
